Raw material procurement and bottle making for cosmetic bottles

The raw materials used in the bottle making process are mainly plastic granules and glass bottle blanks. Enterprises need to purchase the corresponding raw materials according to their own needs and production plans. In the procurement process, qualified suppliers should be selected to ensure the quality of raw materials.
1. Plastic bottle manufacturing
a) Preheat the plastic granules in a preheating cup to make them liquid;
b) The liquid plastic is injected into the mold into a bottle;
c) The bottle is demolded after cooling and the plastic bottle is taken out.
2. Glass bottle manufacturing
a) Pretreatment: Add raw material glass fragments to the kiln and melt them at high temperature to form glass liquid;
b) Bottle making: Pour the glass liquid into the bottle making machine for molding;
c) Cooling: After the glass bottle is formed, place it to cool fully.
