Surface treatment and graphic printing requirements for cosmetic bottles

1. Printing quality: The content, font, deviation, color, and size of the pattern and text must meet the requirements of the standard sample, and the pattern or font must be neat and clear, without obvious font blur, color difference, displacement, rough edges, inaccurate overprint, etc.

2. Printing position: For less than 30ml, the upper and lower offset is allowed to be ±0.5mm, and the deviation of left and right tilt is ±0.25mm; for more than 30ml, the upper and lower offset is allowed to be ±0.75mm, and the deviation of left and right tilt is ±0.25mm.

3. Printing, hot stamping and spraying strength: Tested with 3M810 tape, no obvious shedding (the font is allowed to fall off slightly, but it does not affect reading); if necessary, use a hundred grids, content smearing, alcohol resistance, and friction tests, requiring no obvious abnormalities.

4. Frosting requirements: The surface roughness is appropriate, the thickness is moderate, the frosting position generally does not rise to the bottom of the thread, and is not lower than the junction of the bottleneck and the bottle body. No bright spots are allowed on the front of the bottle body, and no more than 5 bright spots of 0.8mm on the side, and no more than 5 bright spots of 1.0mm on the bottom.

5. Electroplating/spraying adhesion: Use a utility knife to scratch 4 to 6 squares with a side length of about 0.2cm on the electroplated/sprayed area (scratch the electroplated/sprayed coating), stick 3M-810 tape to the squares for 1 minute, and tear it off quickly at a 45° to 90° angle, and no falling off is allowed.

6. Soak the glass bottle in a container filled with 50% alcohol for 2 hours, no abnormality
